Virgin+Vixen: Help, I'm a Super Sex Slut!
Virgin + Vixen

I was out with a couple girlfriends of mine and we started talking about sex and who we have been hooking up with lately.
Everything was fine until it was my turn to kiss and tell. I don't mind talking about my sex life with my friends. However, when you talk about things out loud to other people, the truth of the matter sometimes smacks you in the face.
I have a lot of sex with a lot of different people. I never thought of my sex life as being anything out of the ordinary until my friends and I tried to count all the people we ever had sex with. Lets just say I don't have enough fingers and toes to count how many people I have hopped into the sack with.
To make matters a little more complicated, I am bisexual and I have had just as many female partners as male. My friends are worried about my mental and physical health, and I am as well. Please let me know what you girls think.

Virgin - Well, I don't think you want to hear what I have to say, but you really have no choice because you asked for it. You are a slut. Your promiscuity rivals that of Mary Magdalene. I am clutching my rosary beads as we speak, praying that you have been using protection and not spreading anything around from your Pandora's Box.
You need some serious saving. I do have the number to a very good exorcist; you should give him a call. Just promise to keep your legs closed because he makes house calls, but not that kind.
Vixen - It is blatantly obvious that Virgin is insensitive and cruel. I think however, that there is a serious issue here. Your promiscuity is very harmful to your mental and physical health, and your friends are right for being concerned. A lot of cases that I have seen that are similar to yours communicate a need for love, and you are looking for it in all the wrong places for all the wrong reasons.
Your kind of behavior resembles a cycle of self-loathing and self-love. This is a cycle of addiction, and being addicted to sex is not uncommon at all.
You are chasing that high, that escape, that you get when you have sex with someone. Once it is over, you are left in the same lonely self-destructive place that you were before, and just a little more damaged.
You need to get into therapy, and get tested. Getting tested at a clinic where you can receive a full examination is very important because there are a number of diseases that do not show up in testing blood alone. You can get free and cheap screenings at the campus clinic.
We all do certain things for certain reasons. Your behavior does not make you any better or worse than anyone else. The fact that you have reached out for help and acknowledged that you may have a problem is wonderful. If you stick with it and keep talking you will be fine. Keep in touch and let me know how things pan out.
