While the New Jersey Institute of Technology made efforts to escort students to off campus voting locations on Nov. 4, some students were still unable to vote once they arrived.
NJIT does not yet have their own polling location on campus, but they organized an event to help encourage student voting.

The athletics program at the New Brunswick campus of Rutgers University has been spending too much money with no oversight from the school president and the board of governors in an effort to turn the school into a college football powerhouse.
Richard McCormick, president of Rutgers University, formed a committee to look into excessive spending on athletics at the school.
